How sessions work

All tutoring sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Packages are paid upfront, never expire, and may be used flexibly within the same service tier. Discounts are either 10% (5-session or 3-session packs) or 15% (10-session packs and select bundles).

Group sessions (4–6 students, 90 minutes) are not booked online yet — email [email protected] to inquire. 1-on-1 sessions are online and bookable now.

Fees and refunds

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and the session returns to your account — no penalty, no limit. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows forfeit the session. Sessions and packages are non-refundable for cash, except an unused, unstarted package within 14 days of purchase, or when we cancel a session. Purchased sessions never expire.
